- My Doctor has advised me to stop shovelling snow and I am finding it difficult to climb the stairs from my basement.
- I do not drive but would like to be close to a library and within walking distance of shopping and dining facilities. I would also prefer to be on a direct bus route to downtown.
- My house is too big, but I do not wish to waste my money on apartment rental.
- My new job requires me to be on the road two or three times a week. This leaves me little time to cut grass or shovel snow.
- I am away from home a lot and I do not like always calling on my neighbour to cut my grass or pick up my mail so that people will think I am at home.
- I am a spur-of-the-moment kind of person who enjoys being able to just get up and go.
- My dad has suggested helping me to purchase a condo. My current room mate is willing to move in with me and help pay half the bills. With my own place I can even cook my own meals
- I have a home in Florida and a cottage on the lake, but I would like to find a place in town which would not require so much of my time.
- I like to stay in shape, but do not want the hassle and expense of a gym membership away from home. It would be great if I could use the workout facilities in my own building.
- I do not trust the stock market and my bank does not guarantee me a large return on my money. I really like the location of some of these new units and I think they would be easy to rent out.
