OK. So, you're driving down the 401 highway for a Saturday or Sunday full day whirlwind tour, to see as many of Woodstock's condos as you are possibly able to. Getting past the city of Cambridge (54km away to the east) will be a breeze. All the lanes have been widened and it will be clear sailing all of the way through. The last little portion of the trip will also pass effortlessly.
Why Woodstock? Well, some of your friends have probably done well on their real estate investments here. Woodstock is booming! Odds are that you have already done much of your condo research on the internet. Hopefully our website was one of your guides. Upon arrival your first step might to be to find your way up to the top part of the city to witness the site preparation now underway for the massive new residential project called "My River and Sky". This follows another massive new project now coming to completion to its immediate west of it called "Havelock Corners". The beauty of the neighbouring "Pittock Conservation Area" is what helps to make both project's work.
Part two of your exploratory trip should include a drive over to the southwest corner of Woodstock to discover the site work being done for another new project called "Heartwood" by Cachet Homes. This will also be a gigantic project. Model townhomes are not yet up however you can learn more about them online.
If you still have any energy left, might we suggest you widen your search and visit Tillsonburg 37 km away. What a pretty town built along the ravines. The home builder, "Hayhoe" is busy there building wonderful townhomes and singles.
