North West London has enjoyed something of a mini-explosion over the last few years. A WalMart superstore has recently popped up on the south-east corner of Hyde Park Road and Fanshawe Park Road. Hundreds of new homes have recently being constructed in the Gainsborough area and further north. One might think this boom can not continue forever however new home builders in the area are complaining that it is now next to impossible to find new serviced lots to build on.
What is helping to make this area so attractive to so many new families? Well, there is all of the shopping along the Wonderland Road North strip and the easy access to the Masonville Mall. This area is also a quick commute to The University of Western Ontario. The selection of condos in the area is quite large with many affordable options to chose from.
