Pond Mills, South London Condos
This area of town is just to the north and east of Wellington and the 401 and south and east of Victoria Hospital at Wellington and Commissioners.
203 hectares of this area is designated as provincially significant wetland and is known as "The Westminster Ponds". What helped to spark the development of this region was the building of White Oaks Mall in 1962 and its transformation into an enclosed shopping mall in 1973. The south end of the city which also includes White Oaks has great shopping and easy access to both the 401 and 402 and to downtown.
Pond Mills and Westminster are both family neighbourhoods with condos starting in the $90,000 range and going up to the $230,000's in certain select areas.
