The condo fees in 2024 for a two-bedroom unit are typically in the $584 per month range and $704 for a three-bedroom unit. These fees include hot water, natural gas for the fireplace and the use of fitness rooms. Yes, there are pet restrictions.

Back in 2015 and 2016 these condo clusters received extensive exterior renovations. The sidewalks were dug up, balcony work was done, new windows and new stucco exteriors. Special assessments were imposed on each unit to help pay for the cost of these improvements.

Sale prices reflect special assessments which were paid out on or before closing.

We are now happy to present the new "Masonville Gardens". What a transformation. Updates include a new parking lot, sidewalks, roofs, windows and window blinds, a completely new building envelope. Secured building entranceways, air-conditioned hallways, rebuilt balconies, patio areas and all wood burning fireplaces have been replaced with brand new gas fireplaces.
