Lockwood Park / Cleardale, Old South London Condos
This area is actually Lockwood Park/Cleardale and Old South. In the very middle is The Highland Country Club. Old South is old and wonderful and has many beautiful old homes and just a few condos. Lockwood Park is right next to Victoria Hospital and Children's Hospital and condo living is big in this area. Further south and to the east along Wellington Road South is Cleardale, an area with lots of shopping and easy access to the 401.
Like Pond Mills and White Oaks... living in a condo in this area is affordable.
