A 2008 "Tricar" project. If you're coming in from Toronto because of a job transfer or to be closer to relatives or have retirement plans, you're looking around at what is available, you will quickly recognize this builder's name. Most people who have ever lived in a "Tricar" building have found their experience to be problem free.
How is this building different than other newer "Tricar" projects? Well in many ways it is not really all that much different. The two-bedroom units are particularly bright and spacious, there are penthouse units and there is a preponderance of one-bedroom units. What does this mean?
