This nine storey, 88 units white stucco building is built with a couple of different design features. First it has floor to ceiling windows. It was also built with interior "solariums" or glass walls put up in one corner of the living area. Thus, the name "The Atrium". In recent times many owners have remodelled their units and done away with this feature. We note that in West London the "Riverside Club" condo building is 521 Riverside Drive built in the same era also has this feature. We also note that many units there have also undergone similar transformations.

In this building, there are ten units per floor with the exception of the main floor, which has eight units. A mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units with most being two-bedroom units. This building was built without balconies with the exception of the nine units on the southeast corner of the building and the nine units on the northwest corner of the building. This is an unusual design feature. The one bedroom units are 900 and 920 square feet. The two bedroom units are 1,000 and 1,014 square feet and the penthouses are 1,291 square feet.

In unit laundry. The two and three-bedroom units have ensuite bathrooms. Baseboard electric heat. Secured entry, two elevators, a recreation area with a whirlpool tub and a one level parking garage which provides a covered parking spot to some units. Pets permitted.

* A brief note on the oversized windows issue. Back in 2016-2017, twenty-seven MLS sales occurred in this building. The catalyst for much of this turnover was due in part to a major "special assessment" for new floor to ceiling windows. Some sellers elected to pay off these special assessments on closing while other sellers worked out other agreements. Needless to say, it was a confusing process for many people as these assessments were for a sizeable amount of money. We also note that the tide of rising real estate prices helped to soften this blow.
