This is a treed site, brown brick, brown shingles, beige trim. The entire site size including the 517- 531 Topping Lane units is 2.65 acres. This project is built on slightly sloping grounds.
One major feature of this complex is an underground parking garage under a centre square. What an interesting feature, the only one like it in the city. Very few developers in today's environment would go through the expense of building such a major infrastructure for such a small number of units. Sifton did. They did after all, built out this entire community.

We note a special assessment for both complexes in 2023 of approximately $14,000 per unit payable in installments up until 2026. Improvements are needed for things like paying off existing loans for the underground garage membrane, siding soffit and fascia replacement, fencing, and other issues. The last payment due on the special assessment was April 1st 2026.
One known unit size is 1734 square feet and these units come with two underground parking spots. One known condo fee in 2025 was in the $571 per month range.
517-531 Topping Lane
These are one floor, attached condos with front vinyl sided single car garages and attractive front fenced in courtyards. They are 1275 square feet in size with peaked upper rear windows and no rear door access. In total there are eight of these units all built side- by- side. A park like setting to the immediate west. What a wonderful sense of privacy, Sifton sometimes built things that are just a little bit different.
