A small cluster of 31 units built with an unusual twist. It is built with three different underground parking garages to service the needs of six small clusters. Above these structures are center open areas of greenery and walkways leading to the front door of each unit. Imagine the cost involved in building three cement bunker like structures, like perhaps double the cost of building a more typical townhouse project. See our pictures.

This is not a perfect design. These bunker-like structures do not have garage doors. Covered parking is, however, a nice feature in the winter. With this arrangement, the lower basements in these units have ten foot ceilings. No other condo projects in London in this price range offers this type of underground parking arrangement except the "Gas Light Square" condo project at 757-787 Berkshire Drive, #23 in our South-West End, Berkshire/Highland section. It is a complex of sixteen units and has in contrast a secured entry, meaning a garage door activated by the use of a fob key. In this Wilkins complex, each unit has a lower basement door opening into these covered parking areas.

Two front clusters of four units each, two rear clusters of six units each on the east side of the complex running perpendicular to the street. The end units in each cluster are slightly staggered to offer a hint of visual relief. There are center areas of greenery with front walkways and mature landscaping. A mix of two and three bedroom units, gas heat, each unit has its own municipal street number. Two known unit sizes of 1,100 and 1,300 sq. ft.

If you are comparison shopping in the neighbourhood, condo fees of this amount are slightly above the norm.
