Waterman Avenue is located at the first stoplights on Wellington Road South. (South that is of the Wellington Road and Commissioners Road intersection) Waterman Avenue going east off of Wellington Road forms the front entranceway into the "Parkwood Institute". By comparison, not as many people travel west on Waterman off of Wellington Road as it is really only a small cul-de-sac servicing the need of a "Canada Post sorting Depot" and two entranceways leading into these Waterman Condos. It is an area of quietness behind some of Wellington Roads mixed commercial uses. These condos back onto residential homes on Chiddington and a public walkway leads over to it.

This is a "Z-Group" project and when brand new, was priced in the $89,900 range with appliances. These are three bedroom two storey units with private rear patio area.
