This complex has a triangular shaped site plan and one cluster has a western rear exposure, one cluster a northern rear exposure and one cluster a eastern rear exposure.
We note that to the immediate rear of this complex on the western side of these units, is a walkway leading over to a street called Compton Crescent. If you have young children going to the "Sir George Etienne Carter Public School" then this would be one of two ways to get to it. It is only a block away.
