Amenities

Details:

270 North Centre Road on the south-west side consists of two clusters (13 units in total) of one floor units with single car garages and lower level walkouts. There are also three clusters (21 Units) of single car garages multi-level units.

250 North Centre Road has both one floor clusters with single and clusters with double garages built into a hill. The builder, Z Group went on and duplicated this design when they built the "Thames Crossing" complex at 519 Riverside Drive near Wonderland Road.

Sand coloured brick, brown shingles, tan siding, some inground sprinkler systems. Elevation changes with the complex and plenty of trees and landscaping. This is a very relaxing setting only a block away from Masonville Mall. We note the low turnover rate in recent years.

* A special thanks to The Parkside Management people for passing along to us the following information. As the University grows more and more condo complexes seem to be making a stand on the student population living in their complexes. In this case, Article 3.1, subsection (a) states "each of the residential units shall be occupied and used only as a private single family residence and for no other purpose". Consequently, this implies that students or roomers do not qualify for occupancy if they are not related to each other or defined as a private single family.
