Light brown main level bricking with some highlight bricking around some of the second level windows. Upper coloured tan stucco. Some open third level balconies and some covered. These are glass sided balconies. Tinted windows. Some first level units actually have their bedrooms on the second level above it. The entranceway to the underground parking lot, which services both buildings, has an entranceway flush with the outside ground level.

A note about the 340 building, the most westerly of these two buildings. The portion of this building has several units on a lower level facing the street with western exposure. This helps to explain why the unit numbers seem to be off by one floor. Third floor units, for example, start off with the number four and top floor units on the fourth floor start with the unit number five.

Across the street are the new (2016-2022) "Mosiak Apartments". Google it if you wish. These are rental units, again built by "Old Oaks Properties". If you are planning a stay in London for only a year or two and you want something stylish, this might be an option to consider.

Now back to our description of the 320-340 Sugarcreek Trail units. Known one bedroom unit sizes are 508, 646, 681, 729, 842, 906, 917, 936, 955 and 1016 sq. ft. With differences in sizes being this large the average price indicator may not be a true reflection of value. The differences in the two bedroom units are less extreme. Known two bedroom unit sizes are 9555, 1050, 1100, 1167, 1263, 1305, 1313, 1322, 1326, 1361 and 1381 sq. ft. Three bedroom units are rare with two known unit sizes of 1194 and 1313 sq. ft.

Gas fireplaces, modern designs, special ceiling treatments, underground/outdoor parking, storage lockers. There is a guest suite and the heat is hot water natural gas and is included in the condo fees. Next door is a private exercise centre and a recreation centre.

* 2022 witnessed a special assessment for exterior siding repairs. This is somewhat unusual given the young age of these two structures. "Stucco-like" are now being experimented with by many new condo developers. Expect to see more issues like this going forward.
