We also note that the condo fees for a two bedroom unit increased here in 2016 to about the $600 per month level for a two bedroom unit. Prior to this time period, they were about one half that amount. It was at about this time when parking garage issues surfaced with the parking garage building next door. This caused unit prices to drop. As mentioned elsewhere on this site, this is the wildcard factor with living in older condo buildings.

The condo fees in 2022 are in the $683 range per month for a one bedroom unit, and are $788 for a two bedroom unit.
