It is a seller's market and prices in this complex have jumped up by a sizable amount based on very modest sales activities. That seems to be an area trend over the last few years.

Brick colours are varied, and upper siding colours which were more in vogue back in the 60's and 70's. Siding colours like peach coloured; tan and rust brown. Some units have full front bricking. Cluster sizes vary, ranging from four to eight units. A center children's playground area has now been removed. These are two and three bedroom units.
