Built in 2009-2012. A location which enjoys farmers fields off in the distance. Three new fenced in baseball diamonds, a children's splash pad and walking trails are all off to the east of your rear yard. "Cowan Fields" a protected area of greenery with some trees is also off to the immediate east as are walking trails around the parameter of this subdivision. This location enjoys an edge of the city feel.
