Claysam Homes built with known sizes of 1,508; 1,555 and 1,588 square feet. Firoro Homes has also built many of the homes and townhouses in this subdivision.
In our average price indicator, we have only included the two storey single car garage units built in clusters. A few clusters on Dunkirk Avenue closer to Cardinal Drive are one floor attached townhomes. Given their small number of sales they are not included in our average price index.
Given the large size of this project there is most usually something on the resale market for sale or something also ready to move into. Construction starts going into 2023 seems to have slowed a touch, however, additional lands to be built on are serviced and ready to go. For the last five years, Dunkirk Avenue has been a beehive of new construction activity.
Now a 2024 update. In 2022 and 2023 Claysam Custom Homes went on to built one cluster of four town homes and one cluster of six townhomes with the address 1601 - 1622 and 1625 - 1637 Dunkirk Avenue. Their styles mimic previous models with 1,588 square feet of living space. In 2023 three of these units sold on the MLS system at an average price of $666,700 per unit. Additional lots on this street are serviced and remain to be built out.
