The history of this building is a little bit different. It was built in 2008 and then in 2011 a limited number of units in this building hit the "MLS" system and mostly sold out at $269,000 or $299,900. To this day many of the units in this building are in the names of registered Ontario Company Numbers. The sign at the street level says "one and two bedroom boutique style apartment homes". In this building there is one condo unit on the first floor, 6 condo units on the 2nd to 8th levels, 4 condos on the 9th and 10th levels and two penthouse units on the 11th level.

An off white attractive stucco exterior with brown block on the main level. These units have large bright windows and open glassed sided balconies, a small workout room and underground parking. Some units are known to have three balconies. Five known unit sizes of 1,096; 1,130; 1,200; 1,400 and 1,450 square feet and one known penthouse size of 1,785 square feet. For this reason alone, the average price indicator may not be a true reflection of value. We also note that both the 2019 and 2020 price selling indicator included one penthouse sale in each year.
