The correct address should read 1910-1916, 1924 Cedarhollow Blvd., 782-814 Cedarpark Way. Nineteen clusters with cluster sizes of three to six units. Three clusters of units (two clusters of three and one cluster of five), face onto Cedarpark Way and one cluster of four, units 1910 - 1916 face onto Cedarhollow Blvd. Yellow/sand coloured bricking, taupe grey upper siding and garage doors, grey flecked shingles, pillared covered front entrances, black coloured front doors with large areas of glass, paver block driveways, sliding rear patio doors to raised rear decking. Newly planted front trees, one per unit and coniferous trees planted between clusters of interior units.

Typical unit sizes of 1480, 1500, 1518, 1578, 1600, 1612 and 1619 square feet.

"Auburn Built". This is a very large complex with an edge of the city location. The first units here were built back in 2013 and further sales were slow to happen. This location is afterall at the far north eastern end of the city with farmer's fields off to the north and east. Something strange happened in the hot spring markets of 2017. Closing dates became an issue for some buyers and a small number of resale units sold out a very strong numbers.

"Auburn" was able to capitalize on this shortage of available inventory and by 2018 the finishing touches were put on this complex. In 2019-2020, "Auburn Homes" moved one block over to build 43 similarly styled units on a street called "Guiness Way".

A 2023 update. Only one MLS in 2022. That's strange. Early buyers in have done well on their investments and are now seeing reluctant in making changes. A hunker down and let's see what happens next mentality is now so prevalent. Will there be a catalyst that creates changes? Only time will tell.
