"Z-Group" Built. We have referred this builder numerous times on this website. Back in the day when they were still building they had an excellent reputation. At 116 units, this is the largest one floor condo project in the south-east corner of the city.
The design of this project is a little bit different in the sense that they built it as a "gated community". This is the only condo style project of this kind in the south-west part of the city. This complex is built in 29 different clusters of which ten clusters totalling 33 units are detached units. Given the small number of detached units ever offered for sale, these units are the most difficult to price.
Unit sizes of all of these units can vary. Some unit sizes are 1200, 1208, 1300, 1430, 1433, and 1588 square feet. Some nine-foot ceilings and some vaulted ceilings. Soft red-pinkish bricking, tan trim, taupe coloured garage doors, white trimmed windows, mostly one step front entrances, some front columns, covered front entrances and some units have covered front porches, brown shingles, raised rear decks. Some end units have extra side windows.
This complex offers an attractive front entranceway with a small water display, a clubhouse called "The Centre" with an indoor pool and exercise centre and a social room. Expect to pay condo fees in 2023 of somewhere over $400.00 per month. That includes ground maintenance/landscaping, decks, doors, roof and snow removal.
