In this instance, the builder "Rembrandt Homes" decided to build two different condo projects, one a mid range condo project and one a high-end condo project both sharing the same address and the same entrance-way. This is the only project in the city where "Rembrandt" decided to take such an approach.

Phase 1 is the mid range condo project. It's design style mimics the design style of several other townhouse projects they have built around the city. These are two story or multi level units. Most have single car garages, some have no garages and a small number have double car garages. Known unit sizes are 1,420, 1,568 sq. ft. while the multi level design is 1,747 sq. ft. This complex is built in one cluster of four units, four clusters of five units, one cluster of six units and one cluster of eight units.

In the last two years condo prices in London have surged upwards in price. Other "Rembrandt" condo projects of a somewhat similar design may be less expensive however these ones are relatively new and newer units tend to cost slightly more. We also note that going into 2020 and 2021 "Rembrandt" is further modifying the front facades of other new complexes that they are building ever so slightly. Two examples of this are the "Eleven-Ten" complex at 1110 Meadowlock Ridge in South-East London and "The Nest" on Blackwell Boulevard in North-East London. The compact blueprint of this project is something that sometimes catches the surprise of many potential buyers.
