Vacant land condos by Patrick Hazzard Custom Homes Inc. Construction began in 2019 and this project took a long time to build out. Going into 2025 one vacant lot remains. These are detached units on small lots.

In 2020 a second model style was introduced to the rear of the complex consisting of 13 two-story single car garage attached townhomes with covered second level front decks. They consist of one cluster of six and one of seven. At the front of this complex seven attached two-story condo also with single car garages went up. One known size of one of these units is 1445 sq. ft.

Forty-one of the forty-two detached stucco units are now up. They are striking in design with white or grey colour tones. Some have second level covered front balconies. Low pitched rooflines, mostly double car garages, but some are 1.5 car garages. Mostly black driveways, however some are cement (the townhouse style units have asphalt drives). The laneways final coat of asphalt was completed in 2024, and some units are still lacking in final fencings. Nine foot ceiling on the main.

This project is built on sloping grounds with the entranceway visuals are very attractive. In 2024 the condo fee is $104 per month which includes private road maintenance. The owners here are responsible for their own landscaping and grass cutting. That's one of the reasons the condo fees are so low. Owners who are attentive to landscaping details may sometimes be irked by this arrangement. There is a condo complex on the other side of Sunningdale Road East at 400 Skyline Avenue which also share this kind of arrangement.

Across the street from this project to the west are open areas of retainer ponds and a paved walking trail. Check out our pictures. This is a nice feature to be able to enjoy.
