This complex, built on sloping grounds toward the rear of the complex have two different model styles. On the east side of the complex are ten one floor single car garage units built in two clusters of five units each. They have unit numbers of 76-84 and 86-94. The interior units are 1070 sq. ft. and the end units which have front side entrances are 1098 sq. ft. All have single car garages, and the interior units have covered front porches. They have brown brick, grey shingles and light grey garage doors and eaves.

The remaining units, there are 52 of them, are two-storey units built in nine clusters of four, two clusters of five and one cluster of six units. A mix of single or double car units with the end units being double car garage units. The single car garage units can be two- or three-bedroom units with 1482, 1490 or 1580 sq. ft. The double car garage units have 1625, 1650 or 2101 sq. ft.

Brown brick, off white upper siding and peach-like garage doors. Some two-storey inter-complex units have some slightly higher elevation levels and some rear units back onto Fanshawe Park Road divided by a brick wall.

Sometimes marketed as being close to Western University. There is bus service on Ambleside Drive with limited scheduling. One known condo fee in 2024 for a one-floor unit is $291 per month. There are some pet restrictions.
