* a mix of single and double car garages

Amenities:

Details:

* These pictures were taken minutes before a summer afternoon rain storm blew in and show the Skyline Avenue units only. The end unit double car garage units have sizes of 1,762 and 1,767 square feet while the inside units (single car garages) are typically closer to 1,582 square feet. These are "Z Group" built units and the units on Skyline have lower level walkouts. Quoted square footage of the 1,582 square foot model was 1,812 square feet if they finished out the walkout level. The units on Skyline enjoy southern rear exposures and the units on Sunnystone enjoy rear eastern exposures.

The units on Skyline are built in quadrants of four with the outside units having double garages and the inside units having single garages. These units have speckled orange and brown brick, tan/peach upper siding, taupe grey trim, grey shingles and covered front porches. All of the units have second level laundries and with the double garage style units, there is also a second level family room. The units on Sunnystone are slightly different, one cluster of five (3 with single car garages) and one cluster of four. These units do not have lower level walkouts.

These units are in the "Jack Chambers" school district and yes there is limited bus service (Bluebell Road - Skyline Avenue - Chambers Avenue) in this area.

Design styles over the last fifteen years have evolved. Today's new built units are more energy efficient and enjoy new kitchens, bathrooms and floorings. Many have nine foot ceilings on the main level and bolder exterior designs.

Which is better, new units or 15 year old units? Older units offer maturing neighbours and for the most part lower turnover rates. If you decide to consider older perhaps these are all factors to consider. Neighbouring single family homes are for the most part considerably more expensive. Call us if you need assistance in your search.

Our average price indicator doesn't distinguish between single and double car units.
