Ironstone is busy once again. Visit their website and you will see several past complexes and links which guide you to other condo communities, condos for sale, new links and coming soon links. This new project in 2021 and 2022 will be their biggest project of the year.
This new project when marketed for sale was called "Voila". Here you will find three different model styles:
- The "Faberge" Model - one floor models with 2,314; 2,373 or 2,408 square feet. One known model size without a finished lower level is 1408 square feet. This includes finished lower level basement space. There are five clusters of these units totalling 24 units and three of these clusters face onto Evan Blvd.
- The "Laurent" Model - There are seven clusters of these units totalling 35 units. These are two storey units with 1,987 square feet of finished living space. Four of these clusters face onto Chelton Road.
- The "Clicquot" Model - There are six interior clusters of these units totalling 31 units. These are two storey units with 1,954 square feet of finished living space. Each new Ironstone project is built slightly different.
Strong real estate prices, perhaps the strongest we have ever witnessed in the last forty years are propelling prices upwards. G.T.A buyer are continuing to move here. "Ironstone" is catching this wave.
In 2023 the markets are dealing with higher interest rates. It will be interesting to see if Ironstone can continue to build at the same pace.
