Here you will find fourteen clusters of townhouses in a treed setting with a private tennis court. These are multi-level units with single car garages. Mansard style upper rooflines and a small lower level with a walkout. A variety of rear decking arrangements. Some are covered or partially covered and elevated. These clusters have two different colour schemes. One colour scheme is tan brick, beige trim, and brown shingles. Others have red/brown bricking and black shingles.

When marketed for sale we note that quoted unit sizes can be confusing. Yes, some units are slightly bigger with four upstairs bedrooms and not three. Should the lower third level with a lower patio door be considered as above ground living? When marketed, sometimes the sellers make claims to their units as having 1587, 1600 and 1630 square feet. Other are sometimes marketed differently with claims to having 1100, 1260, or 1398 square feet with a sub note of having 240 and 282 square feet of lower living space. We also note that many of Rembrandt Homes’ newer townhouses are multi-level in design and a similar type of confusion often occurs.

Our final comment. This is an attractive complex now in the 45-year age-range. Given its age the condo fees have started to creep up and are now, in 2023, in the $422.00-$465.00 range. We note that mature tress, the tennis court, and the pond across the street. Comfortable living can be found here.
