The west facing units pull in the evening’s sunsets. Once again, Tricar imposed a “no assignment
sale” policy on this building. In the wilder real estate days of 2017 – 2019 the Tricar “Park West
Condominiums” at 1200 Commissioners Road West made many speculators piles of money. Many
builders are more cautious this time around in how they market their properties.
