* One sale was of a much smaller and different design, the only one like it in the complex.
Southern inspired, contemporary in design and unique in style. These are detached "vacant land" condos which mean you own the land. Typical lot frontages of 28.5, 40, 41, and 44 feet with lot depths typically of 64 feet. There is little in the way of grass cutting to be done.
These are three bedroom, two storey units with 2,050 sq. ft. Most units have ground floor walkouts which add about another 750 sq. ft. of living space.
Glass sided balconies, covered front porches, cement driveways, small sections of sand/brown bricking, mostly off white siding, some wood-like exterior highlights, black shingles, white painted garage doors, brown and grey soffits and trim. In 2022 the lands to the immediate north were serviced and mega sized homes are now going in. The residents of 727 Apricot have lost some of their privacy. Our pictures taken in June 2023 show partially what this new neighbourhood looks like. Is all this activity a good thing or a bad thing? It is not necessarily better or worse. It is just different. Greenspace to the immediate south which will someday be developed and a small area of protected vacant land to the immediate south. These are interesting units.
We also note noticeable on site elevation changes. If you ever get the chance to do comparison shopping, the same builder "Urban Signature homes" has recently finished out building modern style new condos called "Paddington Walk" on Upperpoint Avenue only a ten minute drive away. This builder has a flair for stylish units.
