The correct address is 1953-1961, 1965, 1969-1995 Upperpoint Gate. One cluster of five and two clusters of three story units face the road with one front entranceway into the complex. These are Phase I units. The interior units in the first and second phases are all two story units, some with lower level walkouts. They are mostly all built in clusters of four. This complex is built on sloping terrains.
Striking in appearance with white and black exterior colours, a James Hardie board like exterior, black shingles, black exterior window trim and black soffits, fascia and eaves. The three level units which were the first ones to be built offered a 9x20 covered rear deck on the second level and the option of an interior elevator.
