A new condo complex on Colonel Talbot Road. These are vacant land condos by “Premier Homes”. Check them out on the internet and see what else they have built around town. Some of their projects were high end units.
This project was built on a slight incline. If you are on Colonel Talbot Road coming from the south, you will notice this project really stands out. At some point, in time, this road will have to be widened and if and when this happens, access into it and out of it might become a little bit easier.
