“East Forest Homes” built. A builder with over twenty years of experience building mainly in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford, Paris, Simcoe and now in London. Currently they are finishing out a small condo complex on Riverside Drive called the “Rivere”. (see #43, 1195 Riverside Drive on our “west” subsection.
Two different design styles can be found with this Singleton Avenue, Springmeadow Road condo project. An entranceway off both of these streets comes into the complex where you will find 22 clusters “quads”. In a “quad” are two lower half in the ground, 753 sq. ft. one bedroom units and two upper, two level units each at 1,420 sq. ft. In the middle of this complex is a children’s playground area. On Springmeadow Road there are two clusters of four townhouse each with two units having upper covered porches. Two known sizes of these units are 1,302 and 1,380 square feet..
