An end of November 2023 observation. What a wonderful 4.47 acre edge of the city location and what a functional place to live. The west facing units pull in the evening's sunsets. Once again, Tricar imposed a "no assignment sale" policy on this building. In the wilder real estate days of 2017 - 2019 the Tricar "Park West Condominiums" at 1200 Commissioners Road West made many speculators piles of money.
